Acceptance

By downloading or using BrainRank, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Entertainment Purposes

BrainRank is an entertainment and self-assessment tool. It is not a clinical, diagnostic, or scientifically validated IQ test. Scores are generated using a statistical model and should not be used for medical, educational, or employment decisions.

Use of the App

You may use BrainRank for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code
Redistribute quiz content or questions
Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
Misrepresent BrainRank scores as clinical IQ assessments

In-App Purchases

BrainRank Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All content in BrainRank — including questions, designs, visuals, and branding — is owned by BrainRank and protected by copyright. Share cards generated by the app may be shared freely on social media.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BrainRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any scores or analysis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainRank shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
